Special Discounted Rates for Notarial Services
In NSW, notary fees are guided by the scale recommended by the Society of Notaries of New South Wales. Our fees are generally in line with this scale, and you can view the full Standard Scale of Fees here. Our special discounted rates are shown below in red, with the scale item each one refers to in brackets.
Witnessing & Verifying Signing of Documents
(without certificate)

$110 per document (Scale item 3(a))

$70 for each additional party signing the same document at the same time (Scale item 3(b))
Certifying Copies of Original Documents
(without certificate)

$90 per document (Scale item 2(e))

$85 per document for 8 or more documents done at the same time
Affidavits & Declarations (without certificate)

$190 per document (Scale item 1(a))

$80 for each additional deponent signing the same document (Scale item 1(b))
Apostille & Authentication Services

$190 per service (Scale item 10) — includes preparing and submitting to DFAT, obtaining the Apostille or Authentication, and providing it to you (DFAT fees additional)
